Next Steps for Transformation Consulting Services

We are a primarily Black and WOC led organization. Next Steps for Transformation provides a wide variety of transformative DEI consulting through an intersectional, anti-colonial, anti-oppression, social justice theory, Black queer feminist lens. We are uniquely qualified to do so as a result of both our academic and lived experiences.
