Each of the three core sessions will be followed by a session where concepts like ‘there is no such thing as not-racist policies, only racist and antiracist policies’ can be applied to school’s policies and practices. Participants will leave the first ACT sessions with an antiracist action plan focused on a policy or practice of their choosing. ACT sessions two and three will be opportunities to plan for implementation and sustainability as well as troubleshoot. Systems for cross-school collaboration will be provided.
